John Hollis Jackson III

Hollis Jackson began working in the law office of his father, John Hollis Jackson, Jr., in 1999 upon entering law school at Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University. Graduating Cum Laude from law school in December of 2002, Hollis was admitted to practice law in April of 2003 and soon thereafter formed the law firm of Jackson & Jackson, LLP, where he has practiced for the last 16 years. During that time, Hollis has continued to work in all areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions. He manages real property title examinations, document preparation, closings and the issuance of title insurance, while working with real estate agents, lenders, surveyors, appraisers and other industry professionals.
In addition to real estate closings Hollis’s practice includes the preparation of documents, including deeds, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives and the creation of business entities such as limited liability companies and corporations. Hollis also pursues the probating of wills, administrations, conservator-guardianships, condemnations and other matters in probate court as well as civil matters such as unlawful detainers, ejectments and quiet title actions in the district and circuit courts. Furthermore, Hollis has devoted a significant portion of his practice to assisting various government agencies and entities as legal counsel and has served as a municipal court judge since 2008.
Joshua S. Inman
Attorney
Joshua S. Inman, Esq is an associate attorney with Jackson & Jackson, LLP. Joshua is a native of Chilton County, a 2001 graduate of Chilton County High School. Joshua also graduated from Auburn University with his bachelors degree in social work.
Upon receiving his degree, Joshua began working for the Chilton County Department of Human Resources as a licensed social worker in 2007. Joshua worked with many children and families throughout the county while also acting in the capacity of a child abuse investigator with the department. In this capacity, Joshua worked in conjunction with the Chilton County Sheriff’s Department in an effort to protect our county’s children and help see that perpetrators of child abuse were brought to justice and no longer had the opportunity to victimize other children.
Joshua graduated Cum Laude and received his Juris Doctor from Birmingham School of Law in May of 2018 and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in September of the same year. Joshua is involved in real estate and probate cases as well as domestic relation cases, child custody issues and DHR involved cases involving dependent children. Joshua also represents other businesses and organizations as well as serves as the appointed Public Defense Attorney for the Municipality of Clanton, Alabama.
